Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower boiled 1 cup
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Potatoes boiled 2
  • Carrots boiled 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Green chilies 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter as required

For Masala:

  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Cloves 4
  • Cumin roasted 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 2 pinch
  • Cumin powder 3/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 3/4 tsp
  • Black pepper whole 5-6
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp

Direction:

  1. For masala: Grind all ingredients in grinder.
  2. Then put oil in pan and fry onion slightly.
  3. Then put masala and tomatoes and fry it nicely.
  4. Then put 1 tbsp water and cook on low flame until tomatoes tender.
  5. Then add cauliflower, potatoes, carrots and salt and fry it.
  6. Then cover it and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  7. Then put coriander leaves, green chilies and butter and serve with bun.
